The budget allocation is agreed between our school and the Local Authority at the beginning of each financial year. Detail of how this money is used to support children and young people with SEND is shown below. This is monitored each term by the Governing Body.
At Sugar Hill Primary School, our notional SEN budget amounted to £135.967.21 (April 2016-March 2017) and Top-up funding of £21.410.00 (April 2016-March 2017).
Three pupils at Sugar Hill primary are in receipt of High Needs SEN Funding. This is the Top-up funding that totals £21.410.00 for the three pupils.
This was used to support children and young people with SEND through delivering time-limited interventions and additional adult support to maximise opportunities to engage purposely in teaching and learning opportunities.
